Candice Lewis – Certified Fitness Trainer
Candice Lewis obtained a degree in nutrition from Ryerson University in 2006 before continuing education at George Brown College in the Fitness and Lifestyle Management program. Certified as a fitness professional through the Canadian society of exercise physiology, she has been helping individuals make healthy lifestyle changes in exercise and diet for the past 5 years.
Candice is currently pursuing further certification in her personal training skills having recently completed Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) part 1 and 2 with RTS part 3 soon to follow.
