Aislinn completed her first Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at McGill University in 2012, then went on to complete a second Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2017.
Aislinn is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopaedic, Sport Physiotherapy, and Acupuncture divisions. She has completed advanced training in soft tissue release, acupuncture and dry needling, Graston, and Mulligan mobilization. Aislinn is passionate about helping her clients recover from injury and return to the sports and activities they love. Her treatments often involve a combination of manual therapy, education and targeted exercises to optimize recovery and return to play.
Prior to physiotherapy, Aislinn worked as an Occupational Therapist in orthopaedic rehabilitation, where she treated client with a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, specializing in shoulder injuries and post-operative care.
When Aislinn is not working, she can be found jogging around the neighborhood with her dob, swimming , cycling, or cross training for soccer and roller derby. Her passion is helping her clients to achieve their goals using active, evidence-based treatments.
