Nadine Khoury – Registered Dietitian

Nadine Khoury has been a leading nutrition counsellor in the Toronto area for over 20 years. She believes in finding the root causes of her clients’ health imbalances and in maximizing their body’s natural healing potential through food and nutrition.

Nadine worked for many years as a clinical dietitian at Sunnybrook hospital in a multidisciplinary setting. She then took on the role of clinic manager at the Medcan clinic in downtown Toronto where she also offered one-on-one nutrition counselling. She has led several corporate nutrition programs through lunch and learns; prepared online health webinars and has been interviewed for her expertise by several media outlets including Global News and CBC Radio.

Nadine received her Bachelor of Health Sciences from McGill University and completed the Master’s of Health Sciences program in Nutrition Communications at Ryerson University. She is currently working on her Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner credential and stays up to date on the latest evidence in nutrition to ensure her practice remains current.

Nadine has extensive experience in developing individualized meal plans for various health requirements, including weight management, digestive health, performance in sports; and health conditions such as high cholesterol and blood sugars. She is a foodie, wife and mother of two teenage boys. She enjoys cooking, developing recipes, traveling and staying active by playing squash and doing yoga.
