Zack has been involved in recreational sports and physical activity his entire life which led to his interest in pursing a career in kinesiology towards the end of high school.
Zack graduated from the University of Western Ontario’s kinesiology program in 2011 with an honours degree. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree Zack decided to further pursue his education by enrolling in a graduate program at the University of Toronto’s Exercise Science Department.
