Grant Lum has been practicing sports medicine and performing arts medicine since 1994. He is a leading authority in the field of sports medicine, and is dedicated to learning, teaching and furthering advancements within his field.
Grant is the team physician for Squash Canada, a consultant for the NHL Players’ Association, and a Lecturer at The University of Toronto, in the Faculty of Medicine. Grant is also the Medical Director of the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College, where he assists in curriculum development.
Grant is currently the sports medicine expert blogging for CTV News. He also contributes regularly to The Weather Network. His articles discuss the link between weather and health as well as appearing many times in print, radio and on television. He has been interviewed by: Canadian Press, The Toronto Star, The Globe and Mail, The Medical Post, Healthwatch Magazine, and Healthwise Magazine.
