Tanya Dei Tigli

Tanya is an osteopathic manual practitioner and athletic therapist in Toronto. She graduated from Concordia University in Montreal, QC with a bachelor of science in Exercise science in 2001. She is a certified member of the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association. She then completed her studies in Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Montreal in 2009. Tanya successfully completed her thesis in 2011 on the effect of osteopathic treatment on running athletes demonstrating a positive effect on blood glucose availability and performance.

Tanya has continued her strong interest in the field of orthopaedics and sports medicine. She has worked with recreational to international level athletes through the years. She has recently worked with some Toronto theatre tours like Legally Blonde and Priscilla Queen of the Desert.

She has worked with such pro teams as the Montreal Impact Soccer Club. She continues to work with amateur figure skating at the international level, having been a competitive figure skater herself.

Tanya also works with the non-athletic patients including women, men and children, cases dealing with anxiety and depression, hormonal imbalances and digestive disorders. She has great expertise in treating complex, multi-joint issues.
