Registered Massage Therapist

With her perpetual interest in health, fitness and nutrition, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist was a natural fit. Brenda received her RMT certification in 2011 after graduating from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and, has further developed her skills in Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage with additional courses.

Being an RMT has given Brenda the opportunity to affect people’s lives in a positive manner. She has a great passion for massage and believes in using various techniques to address her client’s concerns. She is dedicated to providing the most effective treatment to enhance their overall well-being.

Brenda’s experience has allowed her to work with marathon runners, triathletes, and bodybuilders, avid gym goers, clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, and individuals who experience job related and everyday stress. Being a physically active person and having to deal with strains and fatigue, she understands her client’s needs and what they may be experiencing during a treatment.
